Imagine the sizzle of juicy chicken on the grill, combined with the rich, creamy goodness of Alfredo sauce. Grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo is a perfect blend of smoky flavors and velvety textures, making it a family favorite. Join me as we dive into this delicious recipe that turns simple ingredients into a delightful, gourmet meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless & skinless chicken thighs

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp bourbon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 15oz Garlic Alfredo sauce, I use Bertolli

  • Fettuccine noodles, I use Rao's

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. While the grill is preheating, season the boneless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bourbon smoked paprika

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 12 to 14 minutes or until al dente; drain

  3. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the preheated grill and set a 3 minute timer. After 3 minutes, flip. Place another 3 minute timer and once done set a 2 minute timer until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, slice and set aside

  4. Add garlic Alfredo sauce to a large saucepan over medium heat, season with Italian and garlic powder.

  5. Add cooked pasta and sliced grilled chicken thighs to sauce and toss until thoroughly coated; serve immediately.

Bon appétit!
